Standard: $360 (incl GST) – applies to waged/salaried delegates
Concession: $230 (incl GST) – applies to Concession Card Holders and retired Fellows
Student: $120 (incl GST) – applies to those in full-time academic study [student number required at registration]
Thursday 15 November only – $210 (incl GST)
Friday 16 November only – $170 (incl GST)
Annual Academy Fellows’ Dinner: $120 (incl GST)

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Academy at email@example.com.
Symposium registration cancellation
A full refund less a $25 administration charge will be made for cancellations received up to 31 October 2018.
A 50% refund applies for cancellations received between 1-12 November 2018
No refunds can be given for cancellations made after 12 November 2018.
Fellows’ Dinner cancellation
A full refund will be made for cancellations received by 12 November 2018. No refund can be given for cancellations received after that date.
If you are unable to attend the Symposium you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Academy makes every effort to avoid changes to the Symposium program and reserves the right to make any changes at any time as circumstances dictate. Every effort will be made to ensure a programme of equivalent standard and value should unavoidable changes occur.
The Australian Academy of the Humanities’ 49th Symposium (the Symposium) is bound by and committed to supporting the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988
Use of personal information
The Academy will collect and store information you provide in the registration process for the purposes of enabling us to:
- register your attendance at the Symposium and other events;
- assist with administrative and planning purposes;
- plan and develop other events in the future;
- facilitate your requirements in relation to the Symposium; and
- allow the compilation and analysis of statistics relevant to the Academy.
The information that you provide in the online registration process and information provided at any other time during the Symposium, including without limitation any feedback obtained during the Symposium, will be used by the Academy to offer, provide and continue to improve its events and other services.
Disclosure of personal information to third parties
The Academy will not, without your consent, use or disclose your personal information for any purpose unless it would reasonably be expected that such purpose is related to the offer, provision and improvement of the Academy’s events or where such purpose is permitted or required by law.
Registration to attend the Symposium, public lectures, Fellows’ Dinner and/or other meetings of the Academy does not include insurance of any kind. The Academy recommends taking out an insurance policy of your own choice with your local insurance or travel agent.
