Biography

Phillip Adams is a writer, broadcaster and filmmaker. Twice honoured in The Order of Australia, he has Honorary Doctorates from four universities.

His first newspaper columns appeared 50 years ago and he has written for scores of Australian and overseas newspapers and journals. His many feature films include The Adventures of Barry Mackenzie, Don’s Party, The Getting of Wisdom, and We of the Never Never His many books include The Uncensored Adams, The Inflammable Adams, Adams’ Ark, A Billion Voices, and Emperors of the Air.

He has presented ABC Radio National’s Late Night Live for over 20 years.
